Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all dcolora furniture products purchased and returned within the United States. By initiating a return or refund, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or refund, the furniture must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in the original condition as received.
  • Original packaging, labels, and all accessories (e.g., hardware, assembly instructions) intact.
  • Valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) provided.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return approval, along with detailed instructions.

  4. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Personal Reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Product Issues (e.g., defect, damage, wrong item): dcolora will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will notify you of the refund approval status.

Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund, which is beyond our control.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact our customer support for assistance.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized furniture (made-to-order sizes, fabrics, or engraved items).
  • Furniture that has been used, damaged, or modified by the customer.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged upon delivery).
  • Gift cards (non-refundable and non-exchangeable).
