How We Can Help
Damaged or Defective Product
Please keep the product and all original packaging while your request is being reviewed. Send photos of the outer carton, shipping label, product, and damaged area.
Missing or Incorrect Parts
Tell us which part is missing or incorrect and include a photo of everything received. If available, include the part name or number from the manual.
Installation and Product Questions
Send your product model, installation setup, and photos of the installation area. Please do not force or modify parts before contacting us.
Returns and Exchanges
